We are adapting to the changing world around us by offering remote teletherapy and telepsychiatry appointments for new and existing patients. New intake, medication management, and psychotherapy appointments are available on your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
We understand it can be difficult to take time off from your busy schedule to come to our office. Telepsychiatry at CMHS allows patients to remotely access the expertise of our providers in real time using effective and secure HIPPA-approved interactive audio and video technology. Our Telepsychiatry is covered by all major insurance companies.

What to Expect
Compassion’s Telepsychiatry services makes it easier than ever for patients to receive treatment or therapy from one of our licensed health professionals without leaving the comfort of their home. Each appointment is conducted via computer, smartphone, or tablet with HIPAA secure connection, allowing CMHS’s doctors and professionals to effectively reach their patients and find the proper treatment plan even if they are unable to make an in-office appointment.
If you have a mental health condition or are having psychiatric-related symptoms, it is important to get the care you need. Telemedicine, or virtual health visits, offers patients an additional option to consult with their psychiatrists and therapist.
How CMHS Telemedicine works:
After a brief registration process, patients will be connected by video to a CMHS provider who will have access to prior visits and records on file. During each visit, a doctor or health professional will collect a detailed medical history and walk you through a video-facilitated mental status exam to determine the appropriate following steps to take in your evaluation or treatment, including referrals to in-person specialists, if necessary.
Our doctors and therapists are board-certified, licensed and experienced in providing care for a variety of urgent care needs, big and small, so you’ll know you’re in the best hands possible.
