Take Route I-79 North. Take exit 99 and turn left onto Route 422 West toward New Castle. Stay on Business Route 422 West and not the bypass. Look for the Comfort Inn and Giant Eagle on the left. You will come to the intersection of Route 65. Epworth Church will be on the left and a gasoline station on the right. Continue straight and follow 422 West business signs. You will go through three traffic lights. At the third traffic light, you will see Cascade Galleria and Route 18 directly in front of you. Turn right on to Route 18 North. Follow this for approximately 3.7 miles. Look for the Mayzon Health Center sign on the right side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center.

Take I-376 West to Mitchell Rd exit, New Castle. At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 18 South. This becomes Wilmington Ave. Follow for approximately 1 mile. Once you see the Mayzon Health Center sign on the left side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center. 

Take Route 108 West past Croton to East Washington Street. At the traffic light, turn right and stay in the center lane. At the 4th traffic light, the diamond with a statue and fountain will be on the left, Eckerd Drug Store will be ahead on the right, turn onto Jefferson Street, Route 18 North. This becomes Wilmington Ave. Follow this for approximately 3.7 miles. Look for the Mayzon Health Center sign on the right side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center.

Take OH 289 East (Wilson Ave.) for 1.8 miles and turn left onto Coitsville Road. Coitsville Road turns right and becomes US 422 East (McCartney Rd.). Continue on US 422 East for approximately 2 miles, then turn left onto Pulaski Road. In 0.2 miles, turn left onto Kings Chapel Road. Continue on Kings Chapel Road for 2.5 miles and then turn left onto PA 18 North. Follow PA 18 North (Wilmington Rd.) for half a mile. Look for the Mayzon Health Center sign on the right side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center.

Head North on Market Street toward Boardman-Canfield Road and turn right on Woodview Avenue. In 0.3 miles, turn right onto Southern Blvd. Turn left on US 224 (Boardman-Poland Rd.) and follow for approximately 12 miles. Turn left onto Harbor Edinburg Road, which turns slightly left and becomes Pulaski Road. In 0.2 miles, turn left onto Kings Chapel Road. Continue on Kings Chapel Road for2.5 miles and then turn left onto PA 18 North. Follow PA 18 North (Wilmington Rd.) for half a mile. Look for the Mayzon Health Center sign on the right side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center.

Take I-79 South and take exit 116B to merge onto I-80 West toward Sharon. Continue on I-80 until you see the exit for Mitchell Road. Take the Mitchell Road exit, New Castle. At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 18 South. This becomes Wilmington Ave. Follow for approximately 1 mile. Once you see the Mayzon Health Center sign on the left side of the street, turn in the driveway and follow it back to the Mayzon Health Center.
